Visual Content Designer for Global Tobacco Brand

About the role

Join Publicis Sapient as a Visual Content Designer to create high‑quality digital assets at scale for a leading global tobacco brand. You will work within a Content Production team, turning strategic pillars into actionable content packages and collaborating with strategists, producers, and category leads.

Key responsibilities

• Design static hero banners, supporting imagery, PLP tiles, homepage banners, eCRM emails and dark‑market versions aligned with campaign themes.
• Lay out newsletters using brand templates and create social assets—including reels, static posts, carousels, and stories—for unified campaign concepts.
• Prepare graphics, stills and copy treatments for short social video reels (up to 10 seconds) and adapt key visuals across multiple formats while maintaining brand identity.
• Maintain well‑organized, layered PSD files with clear naming, version control and SEO‑friendly attributes (alt text, image sizing, file weight).

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in art direction, communication design or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to deliver high‑volume asset batches to fixed timelines.
• Comfortable working in the regulated tobacco category.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma for collaboration and layout.
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills for clean, layered PSD creation.
• Basic motion/video editing using Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of email design constraints and social media format specifications.
