About the role

The Director, Digital Twin & Scalable Content leads a global operational area that connects Digital Twins with automated content creation at scale. This senior position translates business priorities into roadmaps, operating models, governance frameworks, and measurable delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integrated global service line, converting priorities into operating plans, roadmaps, and implementation programs.
• Own the operating model, governance, service catalogue, standards, and ways of working across the capability portfolio.
• Allocate approved resources across projects, platforms, workflows, and partners, balancing business value, risk, capacity, and cost.
• Design, deliver, and continuously improve the Digital Twin and Scalable Content service portfolio, including GRIP, content‑automation workflows, and connected platforms.
• Integrate Digital Twins with product data, brand assets, modular content, templates, and automation rules to enable high‑volume content creation.
• Define and monitor performance measures (quality, accuracy, throughput, cost effectiveness, resilience) and hold internal teams and external partners accountable.
• Lead cross‑functional adoption, stakeholder engagement, onboarding, communications, and capability building worldwide.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience leading a global or multi‑market digital service, content‑production capability, or technology‑enabled platform.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operating plans, roadmaps, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• End‑to‑end accountability for services spanning multiple functions, markets, or external partners.
• Strong vendor, commercial, and financial acumen, including service‑level management and contract oversight.

Required skills

• Digital Twin technology and 3D asset pipelines.
• Content automation, modular content, templates, and data‑driven adaptation.
• Experience with PIM, DAM, syndication, and generative AI.
• Platform integration (packaging/label systems, Digital Shelf, CGI/VFX).
• Vendor management, service‑level governance, and financial oversight.
