Team Lead, Graphic Design

About the role

JLL is seeking a strategic design partner to translate complex business objectives into visually compelling communications. As Team Lead – Graphic Design you will guide a team of 8‑10 designers and ensure all assets align with brand standards while engaging target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 8‑10 designers, providing feedback and professional development.
• Create and maintain high‑quality visual content for digital and print, including brochures, flyers, infographics, presentations, pitch decks, and research reports.
• Collaborate with marketers, art directors, and senior management to develop designs that support business strategy.
• Translate complex business information into clear, emotionally impactful visuals.
• Design real‑estate specific deliverables such as 2D maps, site plans, floor plans, and building illustrations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and deadline compliance.
• Stay current with design trends, standards, processes, and emerging AI tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or communications agency.
• Prior people‑management experience within a corporate environment.
• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Interactive, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating mastery of graphic design principles and brand consistency.
• Experience creating real‑estate deliverables such as maps, site plans, and floor plans.

Required skills
