About the role
Triz Engineering Solutions is seeking a motivated Junior Administrative Assistant to join its San Jose office. The role supports daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth office flow and a positive experience for visitors and staff in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage related documentation for employees.
- Maintain asset inventories, attendance registers, and control door access to secure the workplace.
- Welcome interview candidates, assist with CV printing, and handle front‑desk duties.
- Monitor office supply levels, place orders, and run errands for collection or delivery of supplies, legal and banking documents.
- Update office procedures, including kitchen and internal protocols, and perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Bachillerato) minimum; higher education in Business or Office Administration is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role; HR experience is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and personal transport.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
