Associate Director, Operations Global Delivery

About the role

Kepler is seeking an Associate Director of Operations to lead governance and delivery for its Costa Rica hub. You will work closely with regional and global leaders to translate strategic objectives into efficient, scalable workflows, ensuring consistent performance across all teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor operational health and maintain SOP compliance across the Costa Rica hub.
• Identify process gaps, operational risks, and workload imbalances, proposing scalable solutions.
• Partner with managers to improve efficiency, team performance, and delivery metrics.
• Support rollout of new global functions, workflows, and initiatives locally.
• Maintain reporting structures that provide clear visibility into performance and operational trends.
• Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, onboarding, and organizational changes.
• Ensure local processes align with global standards and best practices.
• Track delivery risks, identify training needs, and provide tools and documentation for managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing operations in a multi‑regional or global environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with HR, leadership, and global teams.
• Track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
