Internal Auditor – Finance & Compliance

About the role

Join DHL Group’s Corporate Internal Audit team as a (Senior) Internal Auditor focused on Finance and Compliance. Based in the Shared Service Center in San Jose, you will work with a global network of auditors to provide independent, evidence‑based assurance across multiple DHL divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and lead finance and compliance audit engagements across DHL Express, Global Forwarding, Supply Chain and eCommerce divisions.
• Conduct opening and closing meetings, interview stakeholders and perform data‑driven audit testing.
• Analyze findings, document results in audit programs and produce high‑quality reports with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor implementation of agreed action plans and follow‑up on prior audit findings.
• Support the Audit Manager in planning, execution and reporting phases of cross‑divisional audits.
