About the role
Join Equifax’s Global Team as a C2O Billing Analyst Junior. You will interpret and input customer contract data, ensuring accurate financial operations and data integrity across the Equifax Workforce Solutions billing platform.
Key responsibilities
- Support the new global customer contract database and billing system for Equifax Workforce Solutions.
- Master customer interpretation and billing processes through comprehensive training.
- Execute daily billing operations, accurately entering contract pricing into the global system.
- Collaborate with Billing Operations, Finance, Boarding Operations, Sales, and Pricing teams to resolve contract issues, address technology needs, and escalate orders.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- English proficiency at B2 or C1 level.
- At least 1 year of experience using Excel.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (optional).
Required skills
- Excel.
- Salesforce or other CRM systems (preferred).
- Tableau (familiarity with data analysis).
