Intermediate Collections Process Analyst

About the role

The Collections Operations Intermediate Analyst role executes operational processes that give the collections team more efficiency. Critical thinking and innovative problem solving are needed so that processes run well and issues are resolved quickly, and success means working as a team with other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage collections tasks not directly related to direct collections, such as contract defaults, cancellations due to bad debt, write-offs, clearing on-account credit balances and purchase order issues, while keeping contact and system data up to date.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) so work is completed uniformly and on time, and keep SOPs updated.
• Take actions that distract from core collections activities to improve collectors' efficiency.
• Manage special customer communications campaigns.
• Ensure customer contact information and other data updates are processed accurately and on time.
• Help manage overflow collections for medium and small accounts, including answering incoming calls and emails.

Required profile

• 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections or a related area.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) with good written and spoken skills.
• University student or graduate in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Adaptable to diverse collections processes, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated to meet daily and monthly deadlines, and excellent communicator open to feedback.

Required skills
