HR Internship - Talent Acquisition Operations (Onsite, Coyol)

About the role

Boston Scientific offers an internship in Human Resources, focused on Talent Acquisition, for advanced-level university students who want hands-on experience in a leading medical devices company. The intern supports recruitment and onboarding activities, interview coordination, candidate follow-up and other administrative hiring processes, working closely with recruiters, candidates and other HR teams. The position is onsite in Coyol, Alajuela.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment and hiring activities.
• Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
• Support the coordination and follow-up of pre-employment requirements.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Provide follow-up to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update recruitment documentation, records and tracking information.
• Support the Internship Program and other recruitment initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with recruiters and other HR teams on assigned activities.

Required profile

• Active university enrollment in a Bachelor's degree or higher (mandatory).
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Availability to complete 30-32 internship hours per week within administrative hours.
• Ability to complete the internship onsite in Coyol, Alajuela.
• B2 English proficiency (upper-intermediate), able to communicate professionally.
