Human Resources Internship

About the role

P&G is offering a Human Resources internship in San José, Costa Rica, as part of its Management Internship/Co-op Program. The internship starts on February 1, 2027, with flexible working hours of 20 to 40 hours per week. Interns receive real responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders on HR projects that deliver tangible business and organizational results.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing HR and people strategies within the team or organization.
• Participate in developing and implementing new ideas, processes, services or employee experiences under guidance.
• Support projects in talent management, organizational effectiveness, culture and employee experience, change management, workforce planning, training and capability building, and HR process improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders and other stakeholders, and analyze information to give insights and recommendations.
• Work under direct supervision on clearly defined projects, and engage in learning opportunities and change management initiatives.
• Handle sensitive employee and business information with confidentiality and integrity.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations/Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or another relevant field, with 6 to 18 months remaining until graduation.
• English B2+ (strong verbal and written English).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ownership, initiative and ability to manage several priorities.
• Curiosity about the link between people, organizations and business performance, and integrity with confidential information.
• Must meet the requirements to participate in an internship in Costa Rica.
