Associate Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Associate Sourcing Specialist will proactively identify passive candidates and build robust pipelines for high‑demand roles, with a focus on blue‑collar positions. You will ensure compliance with talent acquisition processes and provide data analytics as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean searches and referrals.
• Deliver qualified candidate slates using proven passive recruiting methodologies.
• Coordinate intake calls with hiring managers to define sourcing needs.
• Research and propose new attraction strategies and sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess interest, qualifications, salary expectations and cultural fit.
• Support recruiting events such as career fairs and university outreach.
• Promote diversity and inclusion by targeting candidates from varied backgrounds.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System and assist with audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 6 years without a degree.
• 2+ years as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Sourcer or similar role; agency experience preferred.
• Fluent English (minimum B2); Portuguese strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship management and customer focus.

Required skills

• Boolean search techniques.
• LinkedIn and other social media recruiting platforms.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Marketing Research Tools (MRT).
• Familiarity with resume databases and professional networks.
