About the role

We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to design, coordinate, and implement learning strategies that strengthen organizational capabilities. You will partner with business units to identify training needs, manage development programs, and lead onboarding experiences for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs in collaboration with business leaders.
• Design and execute the annual training plan, covering technical, functional, and competency‑building programs.
• Manage and monitor training initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the onboarding and corporate induction program to guarantee consistent integration of new employees.
• Measure learning impact using key performance indicators and evaluation tools.
• Act as a strategic partner to leaders in creating individual development plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Education or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in training, learning & development, or talent management.
• Proven experience coordinating training programs and onboarding processes.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Project management knowledge.
• Ability to work with training metrics and evaluation methods.
