About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join a dynamic, high‑volume organization that is strongly focused on employee development. The role acts as a strategic partner to business areas, supporting teams throughout the employee lifecycle and ensuring a consistent experience for all staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage attraction, recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions.
• Support onboarding and the overall experience of new hires.
• Coordinate performance evaluation and talent development processes.
• Monitor contracts, probation periods and personnel movements, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
• Keep HR information and management systems up‑to‑date.
• Assist training, organizational development and talent management initiatives.
• Participate in updating job structures and profiles.
• Coordinate off‑boarding processes and ensure a positive exit experience.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen employee value proposition and experience.
• Work closely with leaders and internal clients, providing timely talent solutions.

Required profile

• Solid technical knowledge of human resources processes and legislation.
