About the role

LATICRETE in Costa Rica is looking for a creative and passionate Advertising Graphic Designer to join the team on a temporary basis while covering a maternity leave. This position is ideal for a design student eager to gain hands‑on experience in a leading industry environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop advertising graphics and visual concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Create and adapt visual content for social media platforms.
• Assist with basic video editing tasks to support promotional materials.
• Contribute to photography‑related activities, ensuring images meet brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with the design team and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Student enrolled in Graphic Design or Advertising Design studies.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Organised, with a positive and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Basic video editing capabilities.
• Fundamental understanding of photography.
