Director, Technical Solutioning

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking a Director of Technical Solutioning to lead the global Solutioning Catalogue and Costing Tools function. Reporting to the Global Solutioning VP, you will accelerate the creation of high‑quality, customer‑facing solution content and ensure consistent, competitive costing across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define, manage, and continuously improve a comprehensive Solutioning Catalogue that includes solution descriptions, cost models, costing guidance, and reusable SOW artefacts.
• Establish governance processes to keep catalogue content current, accurate, and aligned with Global Consult, Practices, and Delivery teams.
• Set global standards for solution documentation and partner with solutioning, delivery, and consulting teams to maintain quality and competitiveness.
• Own the design, evolution, and data governance of the Solutioning Costing Tool (SDM), collaborating with Finance to ensure labour‑cost accuracy.
• Drive automation and AI‑enabled solutioning, promoting the use of the solutioning data ecosystem.
• Lead a distributed global team across Costa Rica and the Czech Republic, fostering engagement, performance, and innovation.
• Ensure global adoption of the catalogue and alignment with local market requirements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in solutioning, costing, or pricing roles within a large, global IT services organization.
• Strong understanding of cost modeling, pricing strategies, and solution documentation standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent collaboration skills with consulting, delivery, finance, and practice groups.
