About the role
Solventum is seeking a Dental Laboratory Technician to join its Oral Care Solutions Division. The role focuses on digital manufacturing workflows, processing restoration design and front‑end cases, and ensuring high‑quality digital output.
Key responsibilities
- Daily processing of restoration design and front‑end cases, including model cleaning, design review, and digital quality inspection.
- Communicate with R&D, CA, Design Services or CST teams as needed.
- Assist with co‑worker training and perform miscellaneous duties assigned by supervision.
Required profile
- High school diploma completed.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Dental Lab Technician.
- Fluent English and ability to read and interpret orthodontic records and treatment prescriptions.
- Strong attention to detail, time‑management, and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- High computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot digital workflow issues.
