Public Health Policy & Community Health Transformation Consultant

About the role

Join Accenture's Global Network Health Consulting Practice to lead public health policy and community health transformation initiatives across EMEA and APAC. You will work with ministries of health, public health agencies, and international donors on digital and strategic programs that improve population health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead public health policy reform engagements for national and sub‑national health systems.
• Advise governments on operating model redesign, health financing reform, and service delivery restructuring.
• Develop and implement digital public health programs, including disease surveillance, electronic case reporting, and health information system modernization.
• Support interoperability and population health analytics using HL7 FHIR standards and national health information frameworks.
• Lead community health strategies, primary‑care strengthening, and NCD prevention frameworks across diverse geographies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in public health consulting, government advisory, or health sector strategy in EMEA/APAC.
• Proven track record working with national health ministries, NHS bodies, GCC health authorities, or Australian health departments.
• Experience with international development projects funded by WHO, World Bank, FCDO, GIZ or ADB.
• Advanced English proficiency and a bachelor’s degree (MBA highly desirable).
