About the role

Join Accenture's Health Practice as an EMR Consultant focused on the Radiology module. You will work with global healthcare clients to design, implement, and optimize electronic medical record solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Radiology EMR modules, collaborating with radiologists, technologists, and administrative staff to translate needs into technical specifications.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end‑users, ensuring proficient use of the EMR system.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for Radiology EMR implementation projects.
• Conduct business requirement gathering, process mapping, and workflow redesign for radiology and related systems.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of consulting experience in US healthcare, with a focus on EMR and radiology workflows.
• Strong understanding of the US health‑insurance ecosystem and payer/provider value chains.
• Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders and drive complex business problem solving.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with EMR platforms such as Epic, Cerner or Meditech.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards HL7 and DICOM, and familiarity with radiology PACS.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) and solid project‑management capabilities.
