Provider Operations Consultant – Health Strategy & Consulting

About the role

Join Accenture's Global Network to support health system projects across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. You will work on provider operations engagements covering revenue cycle, care management, supply chain and enterprise services.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of provider operations workstreams, including requirements gathering, documentation and configuration.
• Execute UAT test scripts, log defects and assist with defect triage for RCM, care management and supply chain implementations.
• Conduct data analysis to identify performance gaps and develop client recommendations.
• Prepare client‑ready slides, analytical outputs and executive‑level deliverables.
• Participate in go‑live readiness activities such as training material preparation and command‑center support.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience post‑MBA, with 1–2 years in a healthcare provider or health‑system context.
• Understanding of US provider business models, revenue cycle, care management or supply chain operations.
• Advanced level of English and ability to travel as required.

Required skills

• PowerPoint and Excel proficiency for client‑ready deliverables.
• Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
• UAT execution and defect management.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools, Epic or other major EHR/RCM platforms, and Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (optional but noted).
