Data & Analytics Specialist

About the role

The Data & Analytics Specialist is a hands‑on operational position responsible for ensuring reliable, accurate, and timely data flows that support business decisions, commercial intelligence, and AI initiatives. You will work across data quality, vendor feed monitoring, reporting support, and business rule maintenance to deliver trusted, activation‑ready data at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor data deliveries from self‑service analytics platforms and external vendors, checking timeliness, completeness, and format compliance.
• Execute data quality tasks, resolve issues, and document remediation workflows.
• Support Power BI reporting requests and maintain business rules that drive data transformations.
• Document data structures, taxonomies, and governance processes to enable both BI dashboards and AI‑driven products.
• Collaborate with senior team members to prepare datasets for AI use cases, ensuring they are clean, well‑structured, and semantically rich.
