About the role

The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the department, support the sales management team, and act as a liaison across the company to ensure high‑quality patient interactions.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise day‑to‑day department activities and monitor production against quotas.
  • Analyze team members' activity and telephone reports daily.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Prepare reports and projects for upper management and create departmental performance reports.
  • Manage workforce functions including interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations, and resource allocation.

Required profile

  • High school diploma.
  • Fluent in English with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Clerical skills, data‑entry proficiency and comfort with computer programs.
  • Willingness to engage in telephone direct sales and ability to work independently.
  • Call‑center experience is desired.
