Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (English & Spanish) – Remote

About the role

UA Brands is seeking experienced bilingual customer service professionals to join its international Customer Care team. The role supports U.S. customers via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service for healthcare and culinary brands.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, empathetic support in English and Spanish across inbound calls, emails, and live chats.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of inquiries, handling order placement, modifications, shipping, billing, refunds, returns and product information.
• Maintain high‑performance standards by meeting quality, productivity, accuracy and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates and internal departments to resolve issues and improve processes.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1/C2) and native‑level Spanish (C2).
• Minimum 2 years of contact‑center customer service experience, preferably supporting U.S. customers.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours, including weekends, holidays and occasional overtime.
• Quiet, private home workspace with at least 100 Mbps internet speed.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
• Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
