Country Manager – Costa Rica

About the role

Net2Source is seeking a Country Manager for Costa Rica to lead the expansion of its workforce‑solutions business across the region. The role will oversee all operational, financial and commercial activities, ensuring delivery excellence and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale Net2Source’s business operations in Costa Rica, owning full P&L responsibility.
• Develop financial plans, revenue forecasts and growth strategies.
• Expand service offerings including Contingent Staffing, RPO, SOW, Payroll and Nearshore Delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Costa Rican labor laws and regulatory guidelines.
• Hire, mentor and develop high‑performing sales, delivery and operations teams.
• Drive enterprise‑level client acquisition, retention and long‑term account growth.
• Represent Net2Source at industry events, associations and business forums.
• Collaborate with LATAM and global leadership to align country strategy with corporate goals.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive experience, including leadership roles in staffing, operations or business management.
• 7+ years of proven success in the Workforce Solutions industry (Contingent, RPO, SOW, MSP, Payroll).
• Demonstrated experience managing country‑level P&L, budgets and operational KPIs.
• Based in Costa Rica with deep market knowledge and established professional networks.
• Strong understanding of Costa Rican labor laws, employment compliance and payroll regulations.
• Experience building and scaling multi‑functional teams.
• Excellent executive communication and enterprise client management skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in Business English.
