Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

INDI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. The role involves identifying and assessing both technical and non‑technical profiles, supporting the company’s fast‑growing recruitment needs.

Key responsibilities

• Review online candidate information to evaluate general fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, Skype, LinkedIn or email to gauge interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations and keep system records updated.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, interests and logical reasoning.
• Arrange and confirm technical interviews.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience; recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, especially listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience with online and phone sales techniques (optional).
• Knowledge of IT industry head‑hunting (optional).
