Specialist Lead, Talent Acquisition (Experienced Hire Recruiting)

About the role

Join Deloitte’s Talent Acquisition organization as a Specialist Lead on the Experienced Hire Recruiting team. You will partner with recruiting managers, sourcing teams, and business stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies and manage experienced‑hire recruiting activities from requisition intake through pre‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition advisor for business stakeholders, developing recruiting strategies using market intelligence and data.
• Manage recruiting requisitions and the full lifecycle from sourcing through pre‑boarding handoff, collaborating with sourcing teams.
• Lead recruiting programs and events, handling planning, promotion, tracking, and support.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in applicant tracking systems and resolve process issues.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements while adhering to Deloitte policies and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of talent acquisition recruiting experience.
• Experience managing requisitions from intake through pre‑boarding handoff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without sponsorship.
