Junior HR Shared Services Coordinator

About the role

BrandSafway is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior HR Shared Services Coordinator to join its team in Costa Rica. This entry‑level position is ideal for a university student or recent graduate who wants hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, global HR environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain employee data in Workday.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, processing terminations, and managing employee information changes.
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Workday HR system.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
