Campaign Marketer Manager

About the role

Deloitte’s Marketing, Brand & Communications team is seeking a Campaign Marketer Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns, shape strategy, and drive business impact across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop campaign visions and integrated marketing plans that bring strategies to life.
• Collaborate with portfolio marketers, business leaders, and stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns using agile principles.
• Design channel activation plans, client targeting strategies, and customer journey maps to broaden awareness and generate leads.
• Recommend content strategy, oversee creation of assets (social, video, podcasts, client stories) and ensure quality control.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust tactics as needed, and lead post‑campaign ROI analysis.
• Negotiate statements of work, manage resources, and set timelines for campaign delivery.

Required profile

• 8+ years of marketing experience with a focus on strategy and planning.
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed, globally distributed environment.
• Strong executive presence and ability to present ideas and advise senior leaders.
• Experience leading junior team members and coaching career development.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Use of AI tools to enhance operational and creative processes.
• Agile methodology and experience with Workfront (preferred).
