Specialist, Account Management

About the role

Deloitte’s Marketing, Brand & Communications team is looking for a Specialist in Account Management to support marketing operations in San Jose, Costa Rica. You will work closely with the Account Director and agile marketing teams to improve processes, manage finances, and ensure compliance across campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Account Director and agile teams to identify operational efficiencies for marketing activities.
• Analyze and report on resource utilization, campaign investments, and run rates against budgets.
• Coordinate internal approvals of third‑party/vendor contracts, SOWs, and process invoices.
• Manage internal compliance reviews of marketing collateral and maintain data integrity in Workfront.
• Run an agile Kanban team when required and draw insights from data sets to enable faster decision‑making.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Project Management or Account Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude with a "can‑do" mentality.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
• Legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without employer sponsorship.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Workfront platform for campaign and activation management.
• Understanding of Agile methodology.
