Senior Analyst, Digital Media (Amazon Ads)

About the role

Kepler is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Media (Amazon Ads) to join its Activation team. You will act as the primary client contact, oversee campaign execution, and lead program management and innovation across multiple digital media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end campaign setup, monitoring, and performance measurement using advanced data analysis.
• Serve as day‑to‑day liaison for assigned clients and vendors, escalating and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with clients to align marketing objectives with business goals and competitive constraints.
• Partner with the Optimization & Innovation Manager and team members to design and execute sophisticated media programs.
• Lead and mentor one or more Optimization & Innovation Analysts.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP advertising.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to self‑manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay close attention to detail.

• Skai and/or Pacvue (preferred)
• Digital advertising platforms (social, SEM, programmatic DSPs)
• Site and ad tagging knowledge (Amazon Ad Tag)
• MS Excel and data analysis tools
