Bilingual Recruiter – RPO (Onsite)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual English‑Spanish recruiter to join ManpowerGroup’s RPO team. In this onsite position you will support high‑volume and operational hiring, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for operational and high‑volume roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and social media channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial outreach, and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and recruitment tracking tools.
• Provide continuous follow‑up to guarantee an excellent candidate experience.
• Support reporting, onboarding coordination, and overall recruitment operations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Experience in high‑volume or operational hiring is highly preferred.
• Bilingual English‑Spanish with at least intermediate English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
