About the role

Joyson Safety Systems is looking for an Engineering Analyst to join its engineering team at the Libertad plant in San José. The role focuses on ensuring manufacturing processes follow established standards, keeping technical documentation up‑to‑date, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and verify that production processes are executed according to defined manufacturing standards.
• Maintain and update technical documentation related to processes and equipment.
• Participate in the implementation of improvement projects targeting safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the introduction of new projects and the ongoing optimization of manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• Student of Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic or Production Engineering with at least 50% of the program completed, or a Technologist in Mechatronics, Electronics or Mechanics.
• At least one year of experience in industrial processes (preferred).
• Intermediate level of English (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP.
