About the role
The Senior Production Supervisor leads and coordinates manufacturing operations across multiple value streams or departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production of high‑quality products. This role provides advanced leadership to Manufacturing Supervisors, Cell Leaders, and production teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate manufacturing operations across multiple value streams or departments.
- Provide advanced leadership to Manufacturing Supervisors, Cell Leaders, and production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals.
- Drive operational excellence through workforce planning, capacity management, employee development, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain to optimize performance and support business objectives.
