Agentic Product Designer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for an Agentic Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and AI/ML specialists to create AI‑native experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives, from discovery and research to high‑fidelity prototypes and implementation.
• Integrate directly into client teams, working alongside existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Design workflows powered by AI assistants, copilots, and automation systems.
• Build, scale, and maintain reusable design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and AI/ML teams in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional Product Design, UI/UX Design, or related experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience leading design projects for large, complex systems.
• Strong attention to detail, a positive mindset, and the ability to take extreme ownership.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (complex prototyping, auto‑layout, component libraries, design systems, variables, developer handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor (or similar AI‑assisted design tools) to accelerate prototyping and iteration.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability best practices.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
