IT Project Manager

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives that support the company’s mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You will manage projects from inception through delivery, working closely with global cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects that enhance, upgrade, migrate, or integrate enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP, JDE) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure solutions are high‑quality, cost‑effective, and aligned with business priorities.
• Maintain project scope, timeline, budget, and resources while applying Agile methodologies.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate progress to executive leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Project Management Office practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or related delivery roles.
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) and cross‑functional/global teams.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe) preferred or willingness to obtain.
