Senior Network Engineer

About the role

The Senior Network Engineer will design, configure and support complex data, voice, storage and video networks across a global environment. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to mentor junior staff while ensuring high reliability and performance of network services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement complex regional network solutions, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPN gateways, SD‑WAN appliances, WAN accelerators, load balancers and contact‑center technologies.
• Provide full operational support for global and regional network services, handling most issues independently and escalating only the most complex cases.
• Track project tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of network projects.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Maintain and update network documentation with new findings and configurations.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of relevant experience in network engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering or a related field.
• Active Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification.
• Strong analytical, communication and multicultural interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage stress and maintain confidentiality.
