Senior Business Development Representative – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a senior Business Development Representative to lead our outbound sales development function. This hands‑on individual contributor will design, launch, and optimise outbound campaigns, own the full prospecting process, and book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team. The role is fully remote and offers a clear path to future leadership of a BDR team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine ideal customer profiles, target segments and prospecting criteria.
• Develop outbound messaging that addresses prospect pain points.
• Build multi‑channel outreach sequences (cold email, phone, social selling) and launch campaigns.
• Continuously test and optimise targeting, messaging and outreach approaches.
• Conduct hands‑on outbound prospecting, engage prospects via email, phone and social channels.
• Qualify leads, conduct discovery conversations and book demo meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity and pipeline data in the CRM.
• Manage and optimise sales engagement tools and outbound workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to design and execute sales strategies.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Ready to evolve into a leadership role as the outbound function scales.
