Remote Sales Representative – BPO/Call Center Experience

About the role

HelpGrid is expanding its global operations and seeks energetic B2C sales closers to convert warm leads into long‑term customers. This fully remote position allows you to work from a home office while driving revenue growth for e‑commerce brands in the health and wellness sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Build rapport quickly with prospects to uncover needs and present solutions.
• Upsell and cross‑sell to maximize each interaction.
• Maintain accurate data in the CRM to ensure no opportunity is missed.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in BPO or call‑center environments, preferably on U.S. campaigns.
• Strong objection‑handling skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal English and the ability to adapt to different personas.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working under targets.
