TurFresh, the market leader in artificial turf cleaning, is looking for a high‑performing inbound sales professional to convert inbound leads into satisfied customers. This full‑time remote contractor role focuses on consultative selling, customer reactivation, and maintenance‑plan conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to inbound leads and estimate requests.
• Handle inbound calls and web inquiries with professionalism.
• Re‑engage past customers and unsold opportunities.
• Convert one‑time customers into recurring maintenance plans.
• Maintain strong close rates and consistent follow‑up.
• Build trust quickly through consultative selling.
• Accurately track pipeline and communications in the CRM.
• Ensure speed‑to‑lead and robust pipeline management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an inbound sales closer.
• Fluent, professional‑level English communication with U.S. homeowners.
• Strong phone presence and authentic personality.
• Comfortable representing a premium, market‑leading brand.
• High sense of urgency, organized, and disciplined in follow‑up.
• Self‑managed, accountable, and able to work remotely.

Required skills

• CRM experience (GoHighLevel, Jobber, HubSpot, Salesforce).
