Dental Sales Representative

About the role

Dentaloo is looking for a high‑performing sales professional to sell its branded membership platform to dental practices across Costa Rica. This ground‑floor role offers recurring monthly revenue for each clinic you sign, combining a base salary with uncapped commission and residuals.

Key responsibilities

• Own a territory and prospect dental practices via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct discovery calls and live demos of the Dentaloo platform.
• Close deals, onboard clinics onto their branded portal, and hand off to the onboarding team.
• Maintain relationships for upsells and referrals, ensuring ongoing monthly revenue.
• Work remotely while staying connected with a fast‑moving, no‑excuses team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable with technology and able to run discovery calls without a script.
• Fluent communicator in both English and Spanish.
• Based in Costa Rica.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom for virtual meetings.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Ability to deliver SaaS product demos.
