Account Executive – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

BCD Travel is looking for a proactive Account Executive to manage a portfolio of small‑to‑medium sized client accounts. Working remotely from Costa Rica, you will support client‑facing activities, ensure high‑quality service, and help drive business‑travel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned accounts, delivering excellent customer service.
• Prepare and analyse data, create business plans, and monitor client metrics.
• Conduct client reviews, produce reports, and oversee project deliverables.
• Resolve discrepancies such as credit‑card reconciliations and address customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Global Account Managers and internal teams to execute travel‑industry solutions.

Required profile

• College, associate or university degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of travel‑industry dynamics, preferably gained through agency or procurement experience.
• Experience with quality/account‑management methodologies and customer‑service processes.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with client‑technology platforms used in travel management.
