About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating both technical and non‑technical candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment journey from initial contact to final placement.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online profiles to assess overall fit.
• Reach out to prospects via phone, video calls, LinkedIn, or email to gauge interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal and technical interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, motivation, and logical reasoning.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience; prior recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, especially listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Advanced level of English.
