Instructor Specialist – Training & Development

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Instructor Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for its workforce. The role blends instructional design with hands‑on facilitation, supporting both new hires and experienced staff across a range of technology‑focused topics.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor‑led training sessions for new and seasoned employees.
• Develop eLearning courses, assessments, and certification materials.
• Conduct needs analyses and provide training recommendations.
• Establish a feedback loop between learners and leadership.
• Create class schedules and maintain an engaging learning environment.
• Advise managers on employee professional development.
• Build strong relationships with managers and staff to improve training effectiveness.
• Identify and escalate issues that pose business risk.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) – registering participants, running surveys, analyzing results, and generating reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in talent development and facilitation.
• Minimum 1 + year experience in the cloud or technology sector.
• Minimum 2 years experience in inside sales or sales training.
• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• English proficiency at C1 level (CEFR).

Required skills

• Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
