HR Operations Analyst (Workday) – Global Business Services

About the role

Baxter is seeking an Analyst for its Global Business Services (GBS) HR Operations team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering timely, accurate HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will help shape a world‑class HR Operations function that blends scale, precision and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level HR support via phone, chat, email or ticketing on topics such as pre‑payroll, staffing, employee data, benefits and Workday processes.
• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations including onboarding, record maintenance, internal movements, exits and off‑boarding.
• Create, update and store HR documentation such as letters, contracts, amendments and employment records.
• Maintain Workday data integrity, support audits and generate reports.
• Participate in system enhancements, user‑acceptance testing, automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles, SOPs and employee handbooks.
• Contribute process‑improvement ideas and support team decision‑making.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday transactions, business processes and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet operational performance indicators.
