About the role
Viva is seeking a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. This full‑time, 100% remote position is open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
- Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, create reports, develop SOPs, and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate projects and facilitate internal communication across teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
- Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
- At least one prior role held for 2 + years.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
- Enthusiastic about AI tools and proactive by nature.

What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total.
- Salary raises every six months.
- Fixed schedule with no overtime or weekend work.
