About the role
We are looking for a Remote Production Assistant to support our boutique agency’s end‑to‑end event operations. You will work directly with small‑business owners in the United States, handling everything from initial inquiry to post‑event follow‑up, all from a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full event pipeline: respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, draft contracts, issue invoices and track follow‑ups.
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, contractors and third‑party partners to secure services and manage logistics.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and event‑management tools, including contracts, proposals, and invoices.
- Provide administrative support such as calendar and inbox management, document organization and reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination or event operations (not limited to day‑of execution).
- At least 2 years of experience working with clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada or Australia.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong administrative foundation with proactive, detail‑oriented work style.
- Reliable high‑speed internet with a backup connection and ability to work scheduled remote hours.
