About the role
We are looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. This full‑time, remote position is open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
- Improve internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, documentation and reports.
- Conduct data analysis, support project coordination and facilitate cross‑team communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
- Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack and Notion.
- Interest in AI tools and technologies.

What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD per month, up to $1,600 USD total.
- Salary raises every six months.
