About the role
We are seeking a motivated Associate Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales team in a fast‑paced environment. The role focuses on achieving business objectives, strengthening client relationships, and developing the team to exceed performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly business and sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain up‑to‑date data in the CRM.
- Remove roadblocks, support the team in resolving challenges, and drive call time and productivity.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions for all team members.
- Analyze performance and customer experience trends to create strategic sales plays and best practices.
- Stay informed on market developments and communicate updates to the team.
- Act as escalation point for client issues and maintain strong relationships with the Sales Director and external clients.
- Coordinate reporting, forecasting, incentives and performance incentive funds.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience.
- At least 1 year in a leadership or team‑lead role.
- Fluent English communication in a professional setting.
- Availability to work onsite in Pavas.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for customer experience and driving team results.
Required skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
- Strong coaching and employee development abilities.
- Change management and problem‑solving capabilities.
