About the role
Amazon Autos is reshaping how customers discover and purchase vehicles online. As a Senior Seller Success Manager you will act as a trusted advisor to automotive dealers, helping them grow their presence on Amazon’s marketplace.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners, monitoring satisfaction and account health.
- Drive sustainable business growth using data‑driven insights and marketplace expertise.
- Develop and present customized solutions that align with dealer goals.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for selection quality, pricing competitiveness, and customer experience improvements.
- Partner with dealer leadership to create strategic account plans that unlock new revenue streams.
- Manage escalations, providing solutions to maintain healthy account operations.
- Identify and champion process improvements, promote adoption of new tools, and share best practices.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to advocate for dealer needs.
Required profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for fast‑paced, start‑up environments.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Experience working with senior dealer leadership (GM, VP level).
- Proactive problem‑solver who can manage escalations effectively.
