Category Management Manager – Trade Marketing

About the role

Join Mondeléz International as a Category Management Manager and lead trade‑marketing initiatives across the Caricam region. You will shape promotional strategies, activate point‑of‑sale (POS) materials, and drive growth for our snack brands.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with brand and category teams to define channel requirements and timelines.
• Develop and execute category‑specific campaign plans and POS activation requirements.
• Lead the trade‑marketing component of the annual category plan, including contract negotiations and quota setting.
• Track, evaluate and report on promotional activity, providing insights for future strategies.
• Monitor competitor actions and identify business opportunities or threats.
• Provide accurate channel POS information to multi‑category teams to support innovation, pricing and promotion decisions.

Required profile

• Experience in fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG), preferably with grocery customers.
• Proven project‑management experience in a commercial or supply‑chain context.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data‑driven mindset.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and solve complex problems.
• Team‑oriented attitude with solid stakeholder‑influence skills.
