Unpaid Operations & Talent Acquisition Internship (Remote)

About the role

Join our Operations team as an Engagement & Talent Acquisition Intern. You will be a primary point of contact for professionals in our talent network, helping them enhance their profiles, engage with the platform, and become employer‑ready. This remote, unpaid internship offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, customer success, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach via WhatsApp, email, phone, and SMS.
• Re‑engage talent network members and encourage active platform participation.
• Assist candidates in completing and improving their profiles, adding work experience, skills, and preferences.
• Ensure profiles meet quality standards and are ready for employers.
• Educate candidates on the benefits of introductory video submissions and support them through the recording process.
• Answer candidate questions, provide best‑practice guidance, and maintain accurate interaction records.
• Keep the candidate database current and well‑organized.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting through multiple communication channels.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, customer success, or operations.
• English proficiency is a plus.
